Founded in 1986 in a basement workshop in rural DeWitt Michigan is the humble beginnings of Innovative Engineering of Michigan, Incorporated. Over the past 30 years many evolutions of the company have taken place, however some things have stayed constant. To this day, Innovative Engineering is still a family run business and is still guided by the principle of integrity. At Innovative, we strive to provide cost effective solutions in cast polyurethane and other elastomers. The products we manufacture can be found in a diverse array of industries such as automotive assembly, aluminum casting, food processing, and medical diagnostics machinery.
